Enterprising Partnerships Pty Ltd (EP) specialises in company and
industry cultural and strategic reviews to enable higher levels of commercial
performance. We build collaborative cultures within and between companies and
with research organisations.
EP is an Australian firm established in 1996 with associates in Adelaide,
Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane as well as Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
The Principal Managing Director of EP is Frank Wyatt.

Experience and focus
He works with Boards, managers and team leaders to assist them to manage beyond
structure to move to the management of relationships, business development and
collaborative leadership. He specialises in 'going long' planning process;
governance reviews; and organisational change.
Frank aslo has a portfolio of organisational research and management
development. He has wide experience in facilitating team processes using
metaphors, modelling and formative processes and is a licensed provider of
Experience Orientated Management
TM training and development, and a
member of the EOM
TM International Network. He is the Director,
Management Potential with PIPs International.
Frank has worked with Industry Clusters, Regional Development Boards, Business
Incubators, Training Agencies, Public Reasearch Organisations, Business and
Industry Associations and other capacity strengthening agencies in the
development of an enterprise culture in their communities.
Frank focuses on assisting organisations to recognise opportunities and to work
with their structures and staff potential to create flexibility, adaptability,
dilligence and accountability and an enterprising organisational culture.
His work with public research organisations in enabling the formation of
industry sector research clusters has given several universities a strategic
advantage in bulding collaborative processess with industry. Where domain
expertise is required Frank engages a mentor to complement his collaborative
processes.
